Cancellations & Refunds

Customers must notify The Trophy King Inc., directly if they need to cancel an order. All notifications must be addressed to Trophy King Inc., the same day the subject order was placed. The customer may call Trophy King Inc., toll free at 1-800-718-KING (5464) during our normal business hours Monday through Friday. We can also be reached by e-mail at online@trophyking.net.

The amount of Customer refund is determined by Trophy King Inc., management and shall not exceed 75% of the total cost of the order.

The cancellation and refunds policy applies to all Customers and orders. However, Trophy King Inc. regrets that it cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reasons and would like to thank all Customers for their understanding.


We honor all major cards such as American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card, and PayPal.

All orders are charged immediately in real-time to the appropriate customer account prior to accomplishing the subject order. We are capable of processing orders using most of payment processing companies available over the Internet. Upon your request you may choose a desired method of payment such as bank checks, personal checks or money orders - Please let us know.

If the payee is different, you may provide us with the subject credit card information along with identification using our credit card authorization form which has been made available for your convenience at our Library.

Shipping & Handling

All products are shipped via UPS standard ground. In addition, you may pick-up your orders at one of our stores. Options available upon checkout.


Depending on the volume of your order - All awards are shipped within 7-10 days time frame. Express/rush orders available on request.
